Editorial
Patria Oyj is a public limited liability company owned by the State of Finland (50.1%) and by Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace AS (49.9%).
While Patria is not a listed company, it substantially follows the Finnish Corporate Governance Code where applicable, and to the extent the recommendations are suitable taking into account the company's ownership structure and/or the special features of the company or its industry while maintaining a good corporate governance model.
Patria Group
Patria Group consists of the parent company, Patria Oyj, and its subsidiaries. In addition to wholly-owned subsidiaries, Patria owns 61.8% of Millog Oy and 50% of Nammo AS, a Norwegian company, 60 % of Milworks OÜ in Estonia and 49.9% of Kongsberg Aviation Maintenance Services AS in Norway.
Patria conducts its business as required by internationally recognised treaties, standards and principles regarding ethical business conduct.
