Patria as an employer in Universum study

Patria was ranked as the 29th most attractive Finnish employer among engineering and natural science students. IT students ranked Patria as the 30th which means rise with 12 positions compared to the survey form the previous year when the respective positions were 28 and 42. Information is based on the latest Universum’s student survey in which over 13 000 Finnish university students ranked employers.

According to the Universum students value employers offering versatile working opportunities and friendly atmosphere. On the other hand importance of those has decreased a bit compared to the previous year. Most increased expectations set on the employers are supportive leadership and advancement opportunities. One of the highest listed value is work-life balance as well as possibility to work for greater good.
