Changes in Patria Management

Patria’s Corporate Support Functions will be strengthened by measures allowing the Group Management to focus on the business management in the defence, aerospace and security Group.

Marketing of strategic projects and industrial partnerships will be coordinated on Group level. MSc (Eng.) Jukka Holkeri, 47, will be appointed as the person responsible for this area. He has worked for Patria since 1988 and his current position is Executive Vice President, Aviation Business Unit as well as Marketing & Communication.

MSC (Eng.) Lassi Matikainen, 48, will be appointed as the Head of Aviation Business Unit. He has been positioned as the Head of Aircraft Unit, part of Aviation Business Unit, since 2008.

The Group administration will be strengthened and the Group level coordination will be tightened. The Group administration will be headed by LL.M./MBA Ville Jaakonsalo, 38, currently employed by Metsäliitto Group.

All the appointments will take effect on 1 May, 2010.
