Change of company names Patria Oyj and Patria Holding Oyj

Patria Oyj (Business ID: 1077447-2) will change its name into Patria Finance Oyj.

Patria Holding Oyj (Business ID: 2334159-6) will change its name into Patria Oyj.

Both changes will take effect on 1 June 2011. As of that date the new names are to be used in official connections in order to ensure e.g. invoice allocation to correct companies. The changes will clarify the name structure of Patria Group entities as they describe better their operations.
