Top-notch 8x8 vehicle Patria AMV showcased at BSDA event

Patria takes part in the Black Sea Defense & Aerospace (BSDA) 2016 event showcasing the armoured wheeled vehicle Patria AMV. The event takes place in Bucharest, Romania on 18-20 May. The venue is Romaero, and Patria’s stand is located in A307.

Patria develops, markets and manufactures armoured wheeled vehicles, mortar systems and related life cycle support services. Patria AMV 8x8 product family and Patria Nemo 120mm mortar system are the highest-profile products in this range.

Patria AMV, the market leader among 8x8 armoured wheeled vehicles, is a key export product for Patria. Nearly 1,600 vehicles have already been ordered in different variants and configurations.They are used in challenging conditions by customers in seven countries.

Patria has licensed the AMV 8x8 technologies to its partners in Poland, Croatia, Slovenia and South Africa. The licensing partners have produced about 900 vehicles under the license with about additional 450 vehicles in order books.
