Leena Olkkonen to become Patria Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer

Leena Olkkonen, 54, has been appointed as the Patria Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Member of the Board of Management. She will start in the beginning of April 2017 and report to the CEO.

“I want to welcome Leena to our team. The Chief Human Resources Officer’s position is a new one and the focus will be on renewing the human resources strategy, development of competences, key personnel and management as well as supporting the Patria objectives in in terms of organisational, cultural and business changes”, says Olli Isotalo, CEO and President of Patria Group.

Leena Olkkonen, with education as Master of Economic Sciences, has versatile and international experience in HR management from companies such as SOK, Fujitsu, Satama Interactive and Pöyry.
