Consideration of charges for the Slovenia vehicle project was completed in December 2012, and the matter will be dealt with in a preparatory hearing beginning on 15 May 2013 in the District Court of Kanta-Häme in Hämeenlinna. Four days have initially been reserved for this hearing. Consideration of charges will be based on the pre-trial investigation initiated by the National Bureau of Investigation in 2007. The actual hearing is expected to take place in early autumn.

Five persons will be facing charges of aggravated bribery suspected to have occurred between 2005 and 2007. In addition, some of the defendants will face charges of business espionage. The prosecutor also demands that a corporate fine be imposed on Patria Land Services Oy. In addition to the above, the prosecutor made seven decisions not to prosecute.

In its final statement on the pre-trial investigation, the company has pleaded not guilty and has found that the investigation material does not show that anything unlawful would have taken place in the company's operations.
