Patria attractive employer to students

Patria was ranked 28th among engineering and science students in the list of ideal employers. IT students ranked Patria 42nd. These are the results of a recent student survey carried out by Universum, with over 11,000 Finnish higher education students asked about their working life expectations.

According to Universum, engineering and science students value most of all varied work duties, friendly atmosphere, competitive basic pay and, increasingly, a chance to advance to supervisor or management positions. The students also value job stability more than business students, for example. Of all students, IT students place the most emphasis on the employers' products, services and innovations.

Last year engineering and science students ranked Patria 33rd and IT students 31st.
