Patria’s employee cooperation negotiations concerning personnel in Finland have been finalised. Negotiations were started due to the productional and financial reasons and due to changes in operational models. The negotiations have resulted in reduction of 101 positions. All measures will be put into practice by the end of this year.

Reorganisation supports Patria’s strategy according to which the Group-level support functions are to be reduced and business units’ operations are to be enhanced. The target is a company focused on providing its aerospace and military customers with equipment availability and continuous performance development even more cost-efficiently.

Patria provides defence, security and aviation life cycle support services and technology solutions. The Group employs 2,800 professionals.
