Patria will start employee co-operation negotiations

Patria will start employee co-operation negotiations due to the productional and financial reasons and due to changes in operational models. Patria considers to reorganise work due to the changes in the operational model based on the targets of Patria’s strategy. Negotiations concern all functions and personnel groups in Finland excluding Millog Oy and the production units of the Aerostructures and Systems business units. The negotiations may result in reductions of 130 persons at most.

Patria provides defence, security and aviation life cycle support services and technology solutions. The Group employs 2,800 professionals.
