Employee co-operation negotiations in Patria’s Land Business Unit have been finalised. Negotiations concerned all employees both in Hämeenlinna and Tampere. Negotiations were started due to the productional and financial reasons, as the order backlog is decreasing due to the finalisation of the current delivery projects as well as the reorganisation of the operations. Goal was to find measures such as reorganising work and adjusting duties. The need for reduction was determined as 10 persons and at most 25 persons will have their duties adjusted.

The key areas in Land Business Unit include armoured wheeled vehicles, mortar systems and related life cycle support services. Business Unit employs almost 300 people in Hämeenlinna and Tampere.
