Employee cooperation negotiations have been finalised in Patria’s Aerostructures business unit. Negotiations concerned all the unit’s personnel and were started due to productional and financial reasons as well as reorganisation of work as the delivery rates have further reduced in long-term projects.

Negotiations resulted in reductions that affect 13 persons as redundancies or temporary lay-offs. 14 persons will be temporarily laid-off part-time. Additionally, all the personnel will be laid off for up to 3 weeks. These measures will be carried out during 2018.

Aerostructures Business Unit designs and manufactures composite aerospace structures. The unit employs approximately 130 persons in Finland, in Halli, Jämsä and in Tampere.
