Patria clarifies its decision-making processes after Uganda case
Patria has clarified its connections to the Finnish businessman tragically deceased in Uganda. In addition, Patria has assessed its decision-making processes concerning consultant agreements and taken corrective measures.
” The information we have received during the last few days has given reason to re-evaluate our consultant-related processes. Based on this evaluation we have taken corrective measures to further specify the decision-making on all organizational levels and measures to strengthen the culture and business conduct in Patria,” states Olli Isotalo, Patria President and CEO.
” We have also made the necessary personnel changes due to these events. I believe that after these measures we in Patria operate more accurately and wisely in the future. We have learned our lessons,” states Isotalo.
