Patria at Combined Naval Event 2024
Patria participates in Combined Naval Event 2024 held in Farnborough, United Kingdom on 21 – 23 May 2024. The conference gathers a wide cross-section of attendees from international navies, defence industry, academia to explore how to align in common purpose that assures naval capabilities match to the strategic, operational, technological opportunities and demands of the future.
In the conference, Patria showcases its maritime domain offering including a wide range of underwater surveillance, anti-submarine warfare and mine warfare systems. From Patria’s state-of-the-art underwater offering special focus will be given to Patria SONAC ACS acoustic mine sweeping solution.

BATTLEFIELD AND CRITICAL SYSTEMS
Patria SONAC ACS acoustic mine sweep is specially designed for sweeping influence mines with advanced acoustic triggering. Its compact, lightweight size is designed for use with unmanned craft.
Patria SONAC DTS is an ASW Sonar system offering both active and passive modes of operation with two separate wet-end sub-systems, VDS and TAS, which can be used simultaneously.
Patria ASW Training Target is a small and lightweight autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) that serves as a target for Anti-Submarine Warfare operational training. It can execute multiple underwater missions simultaneously or separately that are pre-planned with Mission planning software.
Patria SIGMA and SIGMA Light Patria SIGMA is an advanced measurement system that captures signature of any vessel in very high detail while it passes by the system. The system contains a bottom-deployed sensor track that measures accurately magnetic, electric, pressure and acoustic signals in real-time. Patria SIGMA Light is a compact version of system that can be transported with a small boat and deployed in one hour.
PROTECTED MOBILITY AND DEFENCE SYSTEMS
Patria NEMO Navy is a turreted, remote-controlled 120 mm mortar system. It is an indirect fire support system, but due to its direct fire capability, it can also be used for self-defence against other vessels. Patria NEMO Vany can also fire Multiple Rounds Simultaneous Impact (MRSI) fire missions where up to 6 grenades are hitting the target simultaneously.
THROUGH LIFE CAPABILITY
Patria OPTIME covers a broad range of services and solutions impacting the fleet availability, such as fleet maintenance, upcoming modification projects and needed integrations in the later stages of the lifecycle as well as supply chain management and training services.
Patria has been acting as prime integrator in extensive integration projects for certain Finnish Navy vessel fleets and has been long-term service provider for Finnish Navy to provide lifecycle planning and MRO services for various types of engines from the vessels.
