Organisational changes at Patria

Patria is strengthening its business operations with the following changes:

Mr Seppo Seppälä, MSc. (Eng.) has been appointed as the President of Patria Land & Armament Oy as of 1 December 2008.

Patria’s Aerostructures Business Unit will report to the Executive Vice President of Systems Business Unit Pasi Niinikoski, DSc.(Tech.) as of 1 January 2009. Mr Niinikoski reports to the President and CEO of Patria Group, Mr Heikki Allonen.

In the Patria Group Mr Jukka Holkeri, MSc. (Eng.), Executive Vice President, Aviation Business Unit, will act as the Deputy to the Group President and CEO in addition to his current duties. Mr Olli Happonen, LL.M, BSc. (Econ.) and Mr Markku Lakomaa, MSc. (Eng.), Senior Vice President, Corporate Development will report directly to the Group President and CEO, Mr Allonen.
